As a Senior Community Engineer, the individual will engage with customers to understand their projects and Mux usage, generate creative ideas to promote Mux to developers, improve Mux’s documentation and resources, speak and write for a developer audience through various channels, and facilitate feedback between the developer community and the Mux Engineering and Product teams, dedicating approximately 40% of their time to content creation, 40% to coding and project contributions, and 20% to creative exploration.
