Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, commercial strategy, or marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving measurable business results. A deep understanding of B2B SaaS, payments, or the hospitality/retail verticals is preferred, along with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Commercialisation Manager will define and evolve the GTM strategy for developing markets, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that include campaign design, enablement, and lifecycle communications. This role involves leading the execution of multi-channel campaigns, tailoring strategies for underpenetrated markets, and driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives. The manager will also define and track GTM funnel KPIs, use data to inform strategy iteration and performance reporting, and ensure GTM activities are scalable, repeatable, and measurable.
