Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare strategy, product development, or commercial leadership
  • Deep expertise in Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, Neurology or other Neuro-related disciplines
  • PhD or MD with MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in innovation, market expansion, and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Experience in MedTech vendor ecosystem, digital-first mindset
  • M&A experience a big plus
  • Experience in digital health, AI, and integrated care models is highly desirable
  • Ability to apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to navigate risk and uncertainty with confidence
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise neurology strategy
  • Identify high-value use cases where GEHC’s devices and digital solutions can deliver differentiated value
  • Lead a matrixed team to deliver integrated solutions that combine hardware, software, and clinical services
  • Conduct comprehensive market assessments, including competitive analysis and health economics
  • Build business cases with proforma and market models
  • Present high-potential opportunities through annual planning and Long-Term Strategy processes to secure senior leadership investment
  • Develop clear, meaningful, and measurable KPIs for Neurology Care Pathway
  • Partner with regional and segment teams to define and execute GTM strategies
  • Collaborate with global marketing to craft an end-to-end solution narrative
  • Support BD and corporate teams in exploring partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate time to market
  • Identify BD targets that complement segments, act as an enabler for quick wins, and drive inorganic growth
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships and academic Key Opinion Leader partnerships
  • Establish global neurology advisory boards to strengthen advocacy and inform strategy
  • Continuously gather and apply VOC insights to refine GEHC’s neurology offerings and guide ongoing programs
  • Serve as the single global point of contact for neurology across segments, regions, and BD
