Requirements

Fluency in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing)
Bachelor’s degree
Extensive project consulting/implementation experience on at least one major public cloud platform
Experience delivering multi-availability zone, cross-region, PaaS-based implementations

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to provide full lifecycle support to customers
Understand customer business use cases and collect technical requirements
Provide technical architecture recommendations based on Tencent Cloud/industry best practice
Assist with implementation and deployment in customer QA and/or production environments
Troubleshoot issues as needed
Collaborate with customers to define prioritized implementation plans
Ensure customers’ engineering and business teams consider key cloud-related actions (access controls, network separation, data replication/recovery zones, etc.)
Define necessary functional test and integration requirements
Lead the successful delivery completion of multiple multi-availability zone, cross-region, PaaS-based implementations
Deliver handover documentation to stakeholder groups throughout each project stage
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Tencent Cloud Services Platform
Develop Tencent Cloud-based demonstrations and solutions that meet customer requirements
Partner with Sales to build long-term account relationships and deliver ongoing business value
Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and awareness within the Solutions Team
Proactively define industry-level solutions, combining Tencent and third-party products
Diagnose and resolve problem cases with internal Product and Engineering teams
