Advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support skills for complex field inquiries involving EP products
High degree of independence in planning, organizing, and performing work
Ability to identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient business practices
Experienced level technical proficiencies and performance compared to all Clinical Specialists in the region
Ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players
Experience in developing, leading, and/or facilitating trainings and programs on EP products
Capability to provide insight, guidance, and feedback on market feedback and next-generation products
Skills in providing regional EP procedural case coverage
Mentoring and leadership abilities for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Continuous development of engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to Arrhythmia Management strategy

Responsibilities

Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff
Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Identify, report, and advise on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives, directors, and/or management
Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for the most complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis
Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next-generation products
Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
Offer back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training
Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy
