Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise client success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven track record managing executive relationships and delivering results for large, complex organizations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior executives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; adept at translating client needs into actionable solutions
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the NYC metro area for client meetings and events
  • Located in New York with hybrid work (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, building deep, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align client business objectives with Nasdaq eVestment’s solutions, driving measurable value and platform adoption
  • Lead regular in-person meetings and business reviews in NYC, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and partnership expansion
  • Act as a platform and subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize ROI
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure client feedback informs product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee complex onboarding and solution integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and rapid time-to-value
  • Own key retention and growth metrics (e.g., Gross Dollar Retention, Net Dollar Retention), identifying and executing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Revenue Directors and Relationship Managers to align on territory and account plans, supporting enterprise revenue targets
  • Proactively engage at-risk accounts with tailored action plans to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
  • Represent Nasdaq eVestment at industry events, client forums, and executive roundtables in the NYC market
  • Deliver thought leadership and educational content to enterprise clients, positioning Nasdaq eVestment as a strategic partner
