Responsibilities

  • Contribute to client relationships
  • Be the primary point of contact for client counterpart and cross-agency team in managing daily activities for cross-channel initiatives and annual plans
  • Exhibit thorough understanding of client’s brand, objectives, and operations to accomplish deliverables meeting client expectations across the whole brand spectrum
  • Manage relationships with key clients and strategic team members active in day-to-day execution of integrated projects, and manage up appropriately
  • Recognize conditions for whole brand thinking
  • Apply independent, critical thinking and contribute ideas in cross-functional team settings across creative, strategy, media, PR, and production disciplines
  • Work closely with account director to support Whole Brand integrated projects, proactively anticipate and solve problems, identify opportunities for efficiencies and growth, and ensure proper communications and team direction
  • Embrace a diverse and inclusive environment where each team member feels they can bring their best self, be respected, and seen
  • Lead and uphold conditions for constructive team member meetings, client reviews, and strategic team member engagements that inspire quality outputs and drive brand success
  • Partner closely with Project Management to understand timing, workflow, and project deliverables to manage client expectations and anticipate team/client needs
