Senior Channel Enablement Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote (with quarterly travel) Salary: $106,400 - $138,400 (base salary range)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Channel Enablement Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement. This role is crucial for designing and executing an enablement program to help exceed desired targets for our Channel and Payer teams. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate stakeholder needs into results-oriented enablement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and deliver training experiences to equip partners with the skills, resources, and tools needed to effectively sell and market Spring Health products and services.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships to understand partner needs and deliver solutions that address knowledge gaps.
  • Provide partners with insights and training materials to fully understand GTM product value propositions, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Communicate partner training programs and strategies internally to drive business alignment.
  • Ensure constant communication, seamless project management, and timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Continuously improve partner learning content based on feedback, product changes, and talk track updates.
  • Build unique and compelling sales tools, including market-facing presentations and internal training guides.

What Success Looks Like

  • Creation of a proactive enablement approach based on channel and payer needs.
  • Support for partner CACV new bookings targets.
  • Achieving a partner satisfaction score of 3+ (on a 1-4 scale).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B, Partner Sales, and/or Enablement experience.
  • Experience with SaaS sales, SaaS customer success roles, channel or payer sales roles, and/or consulting.
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for blended learning.
  • Strong working knowledge of GTM sales motions and evergreen enablement materials that can assist sellers in real-time situations.
  • Proactive approach to project management.
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Proven success with self-direction and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
