Workday Systems Administrator

Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in Workday implementation, preferably with experience across multiple modules, and possess Workday certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also required, along with familiarity with HRIS systems like Greenhouse and Adaptive as a plus.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions, perform Workday system configurations and implementation of new features and modules, support and guide end users through the testing of new features, troubleshoot system issues and answer end-users' queries, create and maintain documentation to support rollouts, perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance, and analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Platform for managing product data and assets

The platform combines Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Experience Management (XM) to ensure that product information is consistent and engaging across various online channels.
