Responsibilities

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Utilise data analytics tools to interpret data and extract insights that inform strategic decision-making and process enhancements
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and project statuses. Lead training sessions to communicate new processes and systems to staff
