Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in business development, specifically within the health tech or digital health space, with a strong understanding of the health plan and PBM landscape. Experience leading strategic initiatives for virtual care product growth in the employer and payer market is highly desirable, along with in-depth knowledge of the virtual care and payer industry.
The Senior Business Development Representative will be accountable for driving sales within Omada’s key health plan and/or PBM alliance partners, from generating leads to ensuring pipeline progression and close, by building relationships and supporting sales and account management teams. They will create and execute strategies to accelerate buy-up sales, understand and address partner needs, develop sales relationship maps, facilitate relationship building, collaborate with consultant relations, and work with Commercial Effectiveness and Alliance Managers to execute training and webinars.
