Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across Montu’s network of ~160 medical cannabis clinics, identifying opportunities for growth and deeper collaboration
  • Develop partnerships beyond the clinic—including suppliers, Montu’s Leafio and AlternaLeaf businesses, and potential cross-industry partners
  • Prospect, engage, and convert partners from first outreach through to deal closure
  • Negotiate agreements, drive partner-led revenue, and open new pathways for our field teams
  • Help refine KPIs and sales alignment as the business scales
  • Own strategic relationships with prescribing partners and clinics, acting as their go-to contact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to ensure partnerships translate into measurable success
  • Track and report performance, ensuring compliance with TGA and regulatory frameworks
  • Share insights with senior leadership to inform ongoing strategy
