Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, International Relations, or related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or payments, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or cross-border trade
  • Proven ability in high-level business negotiations, strategic planning, and contract execution with institutional partners
  • Deep familiarity with payment systems (card schemes, wallets, PSPs), and strong understanding of local regulatory and commercial landscapes in overseas markets
  • Demonstrated capability in product integration, operational delivery, and insight into scalable business models
  • Full professional fluency in both Italian, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Promote the launch of WeChat Pay with local overseas merchants
  • Integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, develop offline institutional service providers, and continuously increase the market share of Tencent payment
  • Innovative cooperation, export industry solutions, set benchmarks, and enhance Tencent payment abroad market influence
