Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is also necessary. Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process are crucial. Excellent communication skills, the ability to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are key. Salesforce Admin Certification(s) are considered a bonus.
The Senior Business & Data Analyst will define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across key revenue workflows. They will support sales teams with tactical activities, including account assignments, data clean-ups, and CRM troubleshooting. This role involves leading and implementing scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to boost seller productivity. The analyst will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering teams to align on data needs, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful outcomes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions and performance tracking, documenting business processes, data flows, and tool usage, and conducting training sessions and office hours to encourage user adoption and self-service learning. The analyst will also stay updated on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices to proactively recommend improvements.
