Requirements

Candidates should possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, preferably within SaaS companies, is required. Proven expertise with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including Flows, custom objects, permission sets, reports/dashboards, and page layouts, is essential. Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configurations, including product bundles and pricing logic, is necessary. A Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, with Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications being a strong advantage. Experience configuring and maintaining Conga Composer templates, along with strong Excel skills and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to ensure Salesforce usability and data quality through user support, bug resolution, training, and documentation. They will build and enhance business processes using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation tools to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting and iterating on Salesforce CPQ configurations, maintaining and troubleshooting integrations with third-party sales and marketing tools, and participating in cross-functional projects to enhance the GTM systems landscape. Additionally, the role involves assisting in data stewardship and hygiene efforts using tools like Data Loader and Excel for bulk updates and data analysis.
