Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related systems
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories
  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping (as-is and to-be), and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Define success metrics and develop business cases in partnership with business units
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget execution
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, test plans, and status reports
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders through effective communication and influence
