Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on high-growth SaaS or Web3/crypto companies. A strong understanding of talent systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Gem is required, along with proven success building pipelines for Go To Market roles. Expertise in research, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing from non-traditional channels is necessary. Familiarity with Web3 communities, blockchain networks, and crypto-native talent pools is essential, as are strong communication skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs.

Responsibilities

The GTM Sourcer will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel talent engagement across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. This involves building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines, partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies, and leveraging various platforms to identify and engage passive talent. The role requires delivering qualified candidates within SLAs, tracking and reporting on sourcing activity and conversion rates, and building employer brand visibility within Web3 communities while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.
