Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Generate new leads via prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal/external communication
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience impression
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and business plan
  • Team with support staffs for end-to-end customer sales/satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain pipeline yielding quota performance and above
  • Stay knowledgeable on products/services to facilitate sales
  • Prepare sales/activity reports as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
