Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations

Experience in consultative sales process to identify improvement areas for customer communications

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and business quality objectives
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to drive new revenue growth
Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Understand and apply Operating Principles, own the customer experience, participate in Net Promoter System, drive results, and respect others
