Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop and manage territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience
Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance prospect communication
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to drive new revenue growth
Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
