Requirements

Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive territory business plan
High activity level and pipeline management to achieve monthly quota performance
Adherence to company standards and business professionalism
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Enthusiasm for learning and advocating Comcast's technology, products, and services
Team collaboration with technical, customer service, and support staff

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
Generate new leads through prospecting activities
Manage defined territory with high activity and business plan
Team with support staff to drive end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own customer experience; be an active part of Net Promoter System; drive results and growth
