Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and business plan
  • Team with support staff for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction to drive revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline yielding quota performance or above
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products/services to support sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned
