Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives, including departmental financial and unit targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast experience
  • Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance prospect communication
  • Manage defined territory effectively
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to drive new revenue growth
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
  • Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; be an active part of the Net Promoter System; drive results and growth
