Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance client communication
Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and exceed targets
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives
Stay abreast of Comcast products, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Understand and apply Operating Principles, own the customer experience, know products, win as a team, participate in Net Promoter System, and drive results and growth
