Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities
  • Manage defined territory with a high-activity business plan
  • Team with support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline yielding quota performance or above
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products to facilitate sales
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
