Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating latest products/services
Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads via prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
Identify consultative improvements for prospects' internal/external communication
Manage defined territory with high-activity business plan
Team with support staff for end-to-end customer sales/satisfaction and revenue growth
Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
