Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating latest products/services
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience
  • Generate new leads via prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Identify consultative improvements for prospects' internal/external communication
  • Manage defined territory with high-activity business plan
  • Team with support staff for end-to-end customer sales/satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
  • Stay knowledgeable on Comcast products/services
  • Achieve/exceed sales and business quality objectives
