Requirements

Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Skills in territory management, including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Experience in prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
Ability to maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Adherence to company standards and business professionalism
Understanding of Operating Principles, customer experience ownership, enthusiasm for technology/products, teamwork, participation in Net Promoter System, and drive for results/growth

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Conduct consultative process to identify areas improving prospects' internal/external communication
Effectively manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience impression
Remain knowledgeable of products/services to support sales efforts
Maintain quality sales records and prepare required reports
Perform other duties as assigned
