Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Identify consultative improvements for prospect communications
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and business plan
  • Team with support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain pipeline for quota performance
  • Stay knowledgeable of products/services
  • Adhere to company standards and professionalism
