Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
Generate new leads via prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
Identify consultative improvements for prospect communications
Manage defined territory with high activity and business plan
Team with support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction to drive revenue growth
Maintain pipeline for quota performance
Stay knowledgeable of products/services
Adhere to company standards and professionalism
