Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience
Generate new leads through prospecting activities like cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Conduct consultative process to identify communication improvements for prospects
Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction to drive revenue growth
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products/services to support sales
Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
