Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities like cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to identify communication improvements for prospects
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products/services to support sales
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
