Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of latest products/services
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
  • Identify consultative improvements for prospects' internal/external communications
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with technical/customer service/support staffs for end-to-end sales satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products/services to support sales
  • Achieve/exceed sales and business quality objectives
  • Adhere to company standards and business professionalism
  • Perform other duties as assigned
