Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of latest products/services
Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
Exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads via prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, referrals, partners)
Identify consultative improvements for prospects' internal/external communications
Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
Team with technical/customer service/support staffs for end-to-end sales satisfaction and revenue growth
Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
