Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, affiliations, and brand enhancement
  • Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal/external communication
  • Manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Maintain pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staff for end-to-end customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Stay knowledgeable of products/services to support sales efforts
  • Support customer experience, digital options, and promotion of services
  • Drive results, growth, and teamwork
  • Perform other duties as assigned
