Requirements

Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Skills in territory management, including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Experience in generating new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
Ability to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Adherence to company standards and business professionalism
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to provide optimal solutions for customers
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal and external communication
Effectively manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth
Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales
Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
Other duties as assigned
Own the customer experience, know products/services, win as a team, participate in Net Promoter System, and drive results and growth
