Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal solutions for customers
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal and external communication
  • Effectively manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with technical, customer service, and support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for quota performance
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Own the customer experience, know products/services, win as a team, participate in Net Promoter System, and drive results and growth
