Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop and manage territory with a high-activity comprehensive business plan
Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
Team with support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast effectively
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own customer experience; be an active part of Net Promoter System; drive results and growth
