Responsibilities
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Identify improvement areas through consultative processes to enhance prospect communication
Manage defined territory effectively
Team with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving revenue growth
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota
Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales
