Knowledge of Comcast products and services, including Internet, Data, Video, Voice, PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location solutions
Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations
Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Consultative sales approach to identify improvement areas for prospects' communication
Territory management skills with high activity and comprehensive business planning
Ability to maintain quality sales records and prepare sales/activity reports

Responsibilities

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions like PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning/brand
Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet/exceed monthly quota
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
Team with support staff to drive end-to-end customer sales and revenue growth
Stay abreast of competitive landscape to position Comcast effectively
Own the customer experience, prioritize seamless digital options, and make customers promoters
Participate in Net Promoter System (huddles, call backs, feedback)
Drive results and growth while following Operating Principles
