  • Knowledge of Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services, especially advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
  • Ability to create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating product knowledge
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Skills in territory management, including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Experience in new acquisition sales to small and mid-size businesses
  • Proficiency in lead generation through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships

Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions
  • Promote bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline yielding quota performance and above
  • Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
