Requirements

  • Minimum 6-7 years of related marketing experience in MNC FMCG industry
  • At least 1-2 years at the same position (Senior Brand Manager level)
  • Preferably background in FMCG
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science or Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer and digital marketing strategy with brand lead for better consumer engagement & experience; measure & report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) with proposed action plan
  • Lead social and digital marketing campaigns & all digital activities on social media pages, brand sites, EC pages by managing internal team & external agencies on creative, production & deployment, ensuring quality delivery & timeline execution
  • Develop and deploy consumer journey and insight-based automated marketing campaigns via Salesforce.com; collaborate with CRM to convert leads into purchases and retention
  • Propose marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies for the product to achieve short- and long-term business objectives, including revenue, sales, profit, and market share targets
  • Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing strategy; supervise team to ensure all materials and activities align with and are executed per strategic direction
  • Manage budgets, reports, and forecasts in a timely manner; lead annual budget plan/update cycle; achieve forecast accuracy and new product launch KPI targets
  • Build good relationships with stakeholders in cross-functional teams and align with them to deploy marketing programs smoothly to support brand business
  • Develop annual brand plan and projects, including marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion; ensure timely execution and evaluate productivity
  • Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards
  • Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and Corporate Business and Safety procedures
  • Supervise marketing executives and provide needed coaching/feedback to help them accomplish assigned projects
