Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency)

Routinely scope, convert and own project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K
Day to day, requires limited guidance from leaders on all core products and services
Maintain high visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders
Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight
Invest in personal brand reputation, contribute to internal and external blogs, white papers and webinars
Gather Market and Talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies
