Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of all marketing activities related to HCPs and consumers in Vietnam for FreeStyle Libre
  • Prepare HCP marketing materials by ensuring timely translation of global/approved materials to Vietnamese
  • Execute HCP marketing toolbox and selling kits, including campaigns and sales tools for endocrinologists, diabetologists, and diabetic nurse educators
  • Support local and international congresses, forums, and meetings to promote sensing portfolio awareness
  • Conduct medical and product training for sales force; ensure integrity of training across sensing portfolio
  • Develop annual medical marketing and education plan aligned with marketing strategies
  • Act as medical and product consultant to sales and marketing team
  • Develop feedback loop from field to support HCP marketing materials and training needs
  • Ensure quarterly product knowledge training, refreshment, and testing for sales team
  • Design and seek endorsement for effective consumer marketing plan to achieve affiliate goals
  • Infuse global research insights into marketing plans and fulfill research gaps
  • Adapt best practice creative materials and content for consumer touchpoints
  • Maintain and update end-to-end customer journey map with key touchpoints and channels
  • Partner with local agencies to develop media and channel plan
  • Drive local e-commerce sales via appointed parties and develop CRM activities
  • Localize and execute O2O consumer marketing engagements based on global/regional assets
  • Adopt/adapt HCP, hospital, and consumer segmentation for targeting strategies and messaging
  • Maintain and monitor marketing measurement framework covering all aspects
  • Prepare and align quarterly marketing updates for financial cycles
