Bias for action, enjoying getting product out the door and learning from tight feedback loops
Experience building and architecting systems and platforms, including development practices and processes
Experience in greenfield roles with broad ownership
Ability to define requirements and goals across product delivery, tools, and process
Experience working with data (import, transport, cleaning, storage, analysis, and learning)
Experience developing security analysis on user behavior with petabyte-scale datasets
Experience with multi-layer distributed systems for real-time analysis and alerting
Experience deploying to AWS (with potential for additional public clouds)

Responsibilities

Design, prioritize, and build infrastructure and services to support end-to-end experiences
Deployment target is currently AWS, with potential expansion to additional public clouds
Work with data – much of the stack is related to data import, transport, cleaning, storage, analysis, and learning
Develop sophisticated security analysis on user behavior on petabyte-scale datasets, requiring multi-layer distributed systems for real-time analysis and alerting
Create, design, and implement a world-class development lifecycle, architecture, and toolset
Understand and participate in tradeoff discussions
