Requirements

Minimaal MBO niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Elektro of Industriële Automatisering eventueel aangevuld met een andere relevante opleiding/cursus
Bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een productie omgeving in de branches Farmacie of Voedsel- en/of Zuivelindustrie
Bij voorkeur kennis van voedsel-, zuivel- of farmaceutische productieprocessen en bijbehorende controlesystemen
Ervaring met PLC's (Siemens) en SCADA (iFix)
Conceptuele kennis van S88 (iBatch), programmeren op hoog niveau, netwerken, virtualisatie (VMware), databases en Microsoft-applicaties
Meerdere jaren ervaring in het uitvoeren van (technische) projecten
Ervaring met het opstellen van meerjarenplannen
Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands (dit is een harde eis)

Responsibilities

Beheert de procesbesturingssystemen volgens de richtlijnen, procedures en standaarden
Draagt bij aan de optimalisatie (kwaliteit/kwantiteit) van de productie en neemt deel aan verbeterprogramma's met betrekking tot de bedrijfsprioriteiten als veiligheid, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kosten
Storingen: Belangrijkste doelstelling is een continu productieproces; anderen helpen bij het oplossen van complexe storingen; identificeren en analyseren terugkerende problemen en voorstellen van mogelijke oplossingen; in overleg met betrokken engineers en technologen implementeren van (tijdelijke) oplossingen
Procesoptimalisatie: Proactief analyseren en identificeren van trends en structurele knelpunten op het gebied van procesautomatisering; in overleg met betrokken engineers en technologen verbetervoorstellen aandragen en implementeren; risicoanalyse: impact van verandering om kwaliteitsproduct/proces te waarborgen
Projecten: Teamlid van multi-disciplinaire teams die projecten initiëren, voorbereiden, installeren en valideren; meedenken in technische voorstellen en gezamenlijk tot een voorstel komen; bepalen of de automatisering van het project door automation zelf kan worden uitgevoerd of wordt uitbesteed op basis van beschikbare resources, complexiteit of budget; waarborgen dat projecten worden uitgevoerd volgens de Abbott standaarden
Standaarden: Naleving, vertaling en implementatie van standaarden, richtlijnen en procedures die relevant zijn voor procesautomatisering; opstellen en beheren van (nieuwe) standaarden, richtlijnen, procedures en documentatie
Maintenance: Inplannen en implementeren van onderhoud m.b.t. procesbesturingssystemen; adviseren m.b.t. correcte voorraden technische componenten; a.d.h.v. Life Cycle Management tijdig vervangingsvoorstellen initiëren voor systemen en applicaties
