Animal Health experience and knowledge of dairy genetics industry preferred
In-depth product and disease knowledge
Experience with Dairy Comp, DHI Plus, Bovisync, PC Dart or other herd management software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online applications
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel across defined geography, including nights away from home, primarily in Wisconsin with focus on other regions
Ability to be on site at farm or facility if needed
Responsibilities
Align with Field Force on newly established Genetics accounts to onboard customers with the Genetics ordering process and results reporting
Utilize excellent presentation skills to conduct educational training that builds trust with customers through reliability, credibility, and follow-up
Manage a broad geographic area with a diverse customer base to achieve genetic sales targets and objectives
Provide regional support to dairy farmers utilizing Dairy Genetic testing, including training, onboarding, and troubleshooting to maximize technology impact
Incorporate marketing activation related to the genetics platform
Demonstrate technical & commercial knowledge: general knowledge of dairy industry, in-depth product knowledge of Zoetis genetic products, and business & financial acumen of local customer base
Exhibit teamwork by sharing, collaborating, and acting as a team player
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed
