Responsibilities

Manage the full release lifecycle for games and features, ensuring smooth and successful launches
Translate regulatory updates and team inputs into clear requirements and timelines
Maintain real-time dashboards, trackers, and documentation to provide visibility into schedules, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate across QA, Engineering, and Operation teams to align on launch windows, internal reviews, and submission timelines
Track bugs and blockers, working closely with Engineering and QA to drive quick resolution
Identify and escalate risks early, ensuring issues are addressed before they impact delivery
Continuously improve tooling, workflows, and documentation to scale release operations as we grow
