Responsibilities

  • Leid met energie en overzicht – Neem de verantwoordelijkheid over de winkel tijdens de afwezigheid van de Store Manager, motiveer het team en creëer een positieve werksfeer
  • Zorg dat alles soepel loopt – Coördineer dagelijkse werkzaamheden, plan roosters, beheer voorraad en zorg voor efficiënte processen
  • Werven, inwerken en trainen – Bouw samen met het team aan een sterke basis van optische kennis, service en samenwerking
  • Focus op resultaten – Houd KPI’s bij en stuur op verkoop- en servicetargets, in nauwe samenwerking met HQ
  • Bied service die opvalt – Begeleid klanten met aandacht en expertise door het volledige oogtestraject
  • Gebruik je optische kennis – Help klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste glazen en monturen, stel brillen nauwkeurig af en slijp glazen op maat
  • Wees een inspirerende mentor – Ondersteun het team, geef feedback en zorg dat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt
