Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered as equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or related technical areas, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record in developing and executing sophisticated AI models and systems
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Robust understanding of AI, machine learning, and deep learning paradigms
Demonstrated leadership in AI project management and strategic implementation
Effective team leadership skills with an ability to mentor and inspire
Proficiency in programming languages and AI-related frameworks
Experience with systems architecture and large-scale integration
In-depth knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving tech landscapes

Lead R&D initiatives for AI, encouraging experimentation and the pursuit of innovative solutions (20%)
