Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, medical related major, solid pharmaceutical or medical sales management experience
  • 5 years or above experience in 2nd line sales team management, cross region management experience is a must
  • Solid people management and development experience
  • Acute industry insight and data analysis ability, can quickly formulate strategies/plans and execute effectively
  • Excellent cross-regional management and channel management capabilities, excellent team management and personnel management
  • Efficient cross-team cooperation ability, excellent project design and execution ability, excellent key account development and management ability
  • Be honest and down-to-earth, be positive, challenge taker and with sense of responsibilities, in line with Gilead's values and cultural requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall market sales planning and sales strategy in the therapeutic area for the region
  • Responsible for the establishment of academic platform in the therapeutic field of the region and the effective establishment in academic influence
  • Through effective cooperation with internal/external business partners and effective team resources allocation, to promote the implementation of medical insurance policies in the region, hospital development and access, ensure the achievement of marketing and sales goals
  • Effective team management, coaching, motivating and developing to build high-performance teams in integrity, compliance and Gilead cultural values
