Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certification
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with contract drafting and negotiation
  • Experience in the HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing conflicting demands
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the contract process for the Molecular Imaging division
  • Manage a small team of Contract Negotiation Managers
  • Analyze, structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure RFPs and RFIs are complete and submitted timely
  • Advise sales and business teams on agreement structure, risks, and alternatives
  • Collaborate with Legal and other business functions to draft and negotiate contracts
  • Consult with legal team, compliance, and other business functions to ensure compliance
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Participate in new product launches, pilot programs, and commercial initiatives
  • Assist with managing contract templates and incorporating best practices
  • Assist with maintaining SOPs and Guide Sheets for Contract Authoring
  • Collaborate with trainers to design training materials for Sales
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Provide cross coverage for other contract modalities responsibilities as needed
