Requirements

3+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment with a technical background for navigating engineering environments
Experience partnering across Operations functions to lead programs achieving critical business outcomes around hardware delivery
Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment, focused on meeting/exceeding metrics and goals, with strong follow-through and ability to self-manage multiple tasks/projects
Highly analytical, utilizing/developing reports and tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL, Sigma) to assess trends, identify challenges, and design solutions
Ability to gain alignment and drive decisions with stakeholders (Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance) to identify dependencies and clarify project goals
Proven experience as a member or leader of a team that has shipped consumer or IoT electronic devices
Diplomatic, tactful, and poised under pressure, with high comfort with ambiguity
Capable of identifying gaps/risks and moving quickly to mitigate them, demonstrating ownership
Team player contributing positively to team morale and company culture
UAS Part 107 certification is a plus
