Requirements

Responsibilities

This role involves independently completing complex configuration tasks, adhering to and improving established QA processes to ensure zero-defect launches, and investigating/resolving complex system issues. The Senior Analyst will also establish audit scope, execute audits, generate reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead team-level improvements, and contribute to onboarding and knowledge transfer within the team.
