Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in system auditing, system development/operation, or information security. Required skills include strong stakeholder communication, proficiency in assurance activities according to IIA international standards, knowledge of IT risks and controls (IT governance, information security, cloud/AI technologies, IT legal knowledge), risk management capabilities, and leadership skills for team motivation and development. Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT for audit efficiency, Python/SQL for log analysis and AI-driven anomaly detection, and CAAT tools like Alteryx for data analysis is highly desirable. Experience with regulatory inspections, system management under the Payment Services Act, and AI governance/risk management is also preferred.
